These are guaranteed scriptures for your mental wellbeing.

My friend, I want you to know that above anything else your total wellbeing– physical, spiritual, emotional, financial and even mental, is God’s plan for you. He wants you and I to live free, to flourish and thrive in life and then to reign with Him eternally.

However, our adversary does not want any of these for us and so he floods our minds with things that will fill us with fear and anxiety. This is what ultimately leads to battling mental health issues.

Can you join me as we fix our thoughts on the Lord? (Isaiah 26:2) He has promised us a peace that makes no sense, to others (Philippians 4:6-7) when we fix our thoughts on Him. Let’s meditate on these verses day and night as we keep shrinking the gap between where we are now and where we want to be -our total (including mental) wellbeing.
